Kids & teenage clubs:

The Hilton Dalaman has excellent kids facilities, with kids and teenage clubs for different age groups: Clubs that include supervision by a staff member for 5.5 hours during the day and two hours in the evenings are the Speedy Club for 3 to 4 year olds, and the Groovy Club / Cool Kids club for 5 to 10 year olds which have their own club rooms and programme. Activities (depending on age) may include visits of the hotel’s farm, kite making, kids Pilates, crazy golf, explorer activities, treasure hunts, football, movies, pebble painting, etc. Kids under 3 years old can use the Happy Babies club with their parents.

There is also the Youngster Club for 10 to 15 year olds which is supervised by a coach and open for 5.5 hours during the day and three hours in the evenings. The Youngsters can hang out in the outdoor club room until 11 pm or participate in the club programme  with activities like water polo, tennis, archery, darts, crazy golf, tennis, football, night basketball, cocktail making, pizza parties, etc.

Sports, spa & entertainment:

There is plenty to do at the hotel, with a daily sports programme, including bike tours, yoga, Pilates, aerobics, spinning, aqua aerobics, pool Zumba, darts, football, crazy golf, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and water sports on the beach. For those who wish to keep up their exercise regime, there is a modern fitness room with free weights and cardio equipment. If you prefer to take it easy, visit the free Byblis spa, with heated indoor and kids pools, a steam room, a Roman bath, and a sauna. Massages and treatments can be booked at the Elysion spa (adults only and subject to a local surcharge), which also has a Turkish Hammam and Ozone Sauna.

In the evenings, our single parent families can dine together in the main restaurant or one of the à la carte restaurants, followed by downtime in one of the countless bars. The hotel also puts on plenty of live music performances and evening shows, whilst the kids have their own discos and evening programme giving our solo parents a chance to truly relax!

Excursions and activities:

Your SPoH tour leader will help organise trips for those who wish to explore their surroundings. Sarigerme village, with its countless shops and restaurants, is only a short taxi ride away. Further afield, you will find the rejuvenating Dalyan Mud Baths, Turtle Beach, the market town of Fethiye, and the Blue Lagoon of Ölüdeniz. One of the most popular trips is the 12-island tour from Göcek harbour, with stops for swimming in beautiful bays. If you don’t mind travelling a little further, book a trip to Pamukkale for a chance to see the surreal white travertine pools and the ancient city of Hierapolis, together one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Dalaman in Turkey’s Muğla Province:

Dalaman is a district on the southwestern coast of Turkey in the Muğla Province. Its diverse landscape is beautiful, with coastal plains transitioning into forested hills and mountains, with the Dalaman Stream (also known as the Dalaman River) and its tributaries meandering through its valleys. Charming villages and luxury resorts can be found throughout the coastal region, and there’s a typically Turkish feel wherever you go.

There are many popular places worth visiting in the area, notably Fethiye, a market town famous for the Lycian Rock Tombs, which were carved into the hillside around 2,500 years ago. South of Fetiye, you will find Ölüdeniz beach and its famed Blue Lagoon – a great place to visit in the quieter May half term holidays. Although a protected national park, you are allowed to paddle and swim in the calm, shallow waters of the lagoon. Further north is the laid back town of Dalyan. Across its river, you can spot the ruins of the ancient city of Kaunos, which was constructed on terraces. You can still see the remains of a theatre and the Lycian tombs carved into the rock, the final resting place of the local Lycians. Another ancient site of Lycia in the area is Myra, once one of its most important towns and home to St. Nicholas. Today, Myra is an impressive open air museum and archaeological site. Halfway between Fethiye and Myra lies the 17-mile-long and often submerged Saklikent Gorge.

Our hotel enjoys a prime position directly on the beach, at the exact point where the Dalaman Stream flows into the Mediterranean Sea.
