Travel Regulation Insolvency Protection Insurance

Period of Insurance: Valid for trips booked between 1 June 2026 and 31 May 2027.

We, Single Parents on Holidays Limited, are committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to confirm to you that, in accordance with our obligations under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 No.684, we have purchased Travel Regulation Insolvency Protection Insurance in our name for your benefit. All passengers booking with Single Parents on Holiday Ltd. are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation invoice. The policy will also include repatriation/continuation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel/accommodation arrangements due to the insolvency of Single Parents on Holiday Ltd.

This insurance policy has been arranged by Everywhen with AXA Insurance UK plc (the insurer). Please contact us if you require a copy of the policy wording.

Please be aware that:

• Everywhen cannot make alternative travel or repatriation arrangements on your behalf
• A claim will not be considered until insolvency has been verified by the insurer and the Administrators.

Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid for Travel Insurance or any claim relating to Air Flights. If you have booked flights as part of your travel, you should ensure that the company with which you booked the flights has the appropriate CAA/ATOL bonds in place.

For your peace of mind:

Single Parents on Holiday Ltd. has taken out employers liability insurance, public/products liability insurance (including crisis costs and expenses), legal defence costs, professional liability insurance, and emergency assistance cover providing their customers with further peace of mind. The current policy has been taken out with AXA XL Insurance Company UK Limited underwritten and administered by Touchstone Underwriting Limited.

Your Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance at the time of booking your holiday to cover yourself (and your child/ren if applicable) in the event of medical or other emergencies which may necessitate cancellation of your trip, or in case of theft, hospital treatment, a prolonged stay abroad, or special arrangements for your (or your child/ren’s) return home.
