Facilities for all ages:

Younger kids will love the kids clubs offering a club room with separate programmes for the 4 to 8 year olds and the 9 to 12 year olds giving our single parents time to relax, get pampered or pursue one of the many free activities at the hotel. There is also a fun teen programme on offer here, perfect for meeting other teenagers and participating in activities, such as table tennis, darts, bowling, and games. Parents and teenagers can also choose from a wide range of sports facilities at the hotel, such as two tennis courts, football pitch, basketball, beach volleyball, and bowling, as well as a small fitness room. In addition, Arabic dance lessons are available free of charge and if you like water sports, you can hire jet skis and dinghies at the water sports centre near the hotel.

In the evenings, our single parent families dine together at either the hotel’s main restaurant or the themed restaurant where they can indulge in local specialities. After dinner, there are daily shows to keep everyone entertained with live bands performing traditional and international music allowing you to put your newly acquired Arabic dancing skills to use! If you feel like venturing out of the hotel after dinner, you could go for a stroll along the palm-lined promenade and watch the sun go down from one of the many sea front bars.

• a guided tour of city of Agadir incl. the hilltop ruins of the old Kasbah and the Souk el Had market, the most authentic souk in Agadir
• visit of the old Medina, a beautiful reconstruction of the original old town of Agadir, a medieval citadel that feels truly authentic as you walk through its cobbled streets where master artisans offer their handcrafted goods and the aroma of North African spices from shops and cafés fills the air

Your SPoH tour leader will brief you upon arrival about any other excursions available. There are plenty of things to do in and around Agadir with kids, from a visit of Crocoparc to dromedary rides, buggy safari, and horseback rides through Agadir’s estuary dunes. You can also do a day trip to Souss-Massa National Park, Paradise Valley, Taghazout, or enjoy a sea-side view of Agadir by booking a boat or catamaran trip. Last but not least, if you have always dreamt of visiting Marrakesh, you could join a day trip to see its most famous sights.

The city of Agadir:

Known as the jewel of Morocco and bordering one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Agadir is a popular holiday destination due to its wonderful beaches and year-round sunshine. It is also one of the major fishing ports serving the area and it is worth going to the port to see the bustling fish auction in the mornings.

The city offers a different vibe from most others in Morocco. After a tragic earthquake destroyed the city and killed thousands in 1960, the late Mohammed V rebuilt Agadir. The city’s main attraction are the remains of the 16^th century Kasbah perched on a hill in the north of Agadir. It is a popular spot  to take photos of the sweeping vies of the city below. If you want a glimpse of the old Agadir, the Coco Polizzi Medina is an impressive and beautiful reproduction of the old town. The modern quarter and the charming small village called Immouzer des Ida-Outanane are also well worth a visit. For art lovers, Agadir’s Museum of Berber Art is another great cultural spot. It is a small folk art museum showing carpets, costumes and other traditional 19th century Moroccan objects.

Our popular family hotel enjoys a prime location directly on Agadir’s fine golden beach. If you walk along the beachfront promenade outside the hotel, you will discover countless stalls, bars, and restaurants. Agadir has many truly fabulous restaurants, from authentic Moroccan to French Moroccan fusion.
